Indian Community Center Players at 2013 US Nationals

Day 3 Update - Congratulations to Aashay Patel, Kanak Jha, Kunal Chodri and Krishnateja Avvari for making 2014 US National Junior boys team today at National team trials in Las Vegas.

What is common in 2014 USA Junior National boys team?

  • They all started their Table Tennis career at ICC in 2005/2006.
  • The first coach they learned their basic with - guess? I am so proud of them.

Krishnateja Avvari and Aashay Patel still train full time at ICC and Kunal Chodri trained in October and November to prepare for big event.

Congratulation to Prachi Jha for finishig top in her group and making to 2014 Junior girls team. Another ICC player Lily Zhang has already made it to the team based on her top World Ranking.

Congratulations to 9 yrs old Rachel Sung for making it to 2014 Mini Cadet team, 10 yrs old Sahil Puri for winning U1900 event, 12 yrs old Felix Gao to win U 2300 events today.

There are lot more ICC players who has won medals and we wish team ICC all the best for tomorrow's events. We will announce list of all medal winners tomorrow night after tournament is over.
